In his role as a corporate executive, he's have been responsible for leading and
managing strategic alliances and business development activities for many software and emerging technology
businesses. His professional success in leading and managing mid-market organizations provides his clients an
extensive network of potential clients and partners worldwide.
Tripp has keynoted and served in senior officer roles for professional groups such
as International Association of Microsoft Certified Partners, Economic Development Institute, Deming User Group,
Council of Logistics Management, American Marketing Association, and The Society of Competitive Intelligence
Professionals.
Corporate clients and partners include Microsoft, JP Morgan Chase, IBM, AEP,

and many others. Tripp's education background includes a BS from Baldwin Wallace College. He has taught
multidisciplinary classes on the graduate level at the Industrial College of the Armed Forces, Case Western Reserve

Patricia Braden
Patricia Braden works with software and technology businesses to systematize
business development into standardized, repeatable processes. Tricia has served as a senior consultant
on aligning employee performance with bottom line results for the last 25 years. A skilled instructional designer,
trainer, and facilitator, she has worked with countless software and technology companies to improve effectiveness
and efficiency in the workplace. She has also worked as a Performance
Consultant, developing performance management systems tied to business goals.
Tricia has worked on projects as varied as training for sales systems, partner
performance support systems, marketing plans, white papers, and communications plans. She works with your subject
matter experts to create materials the end-user can easily understand and use with success.
Corporate clients include Ford Motor Company, Helene Curtis, Kraft-General Foods,
Frito-Lay, Upjohn Pharmaceuticals, Alltel, and Windstream Communications. Tricia was a part of the training and
development teams that placed on the Training Magazine's list of the Top 125 Training Companies for 6 years in a
row. Tricia's education background includes a BA from the University of Michigan and an MS from Eastern Michigan
University.
